蔬菜烤寬麵條



材料:

3杯切碎的蔬菜(任何種類)
½切碎的洋蔥
2湯匙蒜頭, 切碎
橄欖油1湯匙
1杯低脂乳清乾酪
1個雞蛋
2杯新鮮菠菜
2杯西紅柿醬
12未煮過的烤箱準備全麥烤寬麵條麵條
1杯馬蘇里拉奶酪,切碎

材料:

1, 開中火,加入油,放入洋蔥和大蒜,再放入蔬菜炒至全熟,備用。
2, 打開雞蛋,把低脂乳清乾酪和新鮮菠菜放入攪拌
3, 9x13鍋底塗一點點橄欖油。
4, 先放4烤寬麵條麵條,再放1/2杯混合乳清的蔬菜,和¾杯醬油。 重複一次 ;最後整個鍋表面放上剩下麵條,剩下的醬,馬蘇里拉奶酪。
5, 預熱焗爐200度10分鐘
6, 蓋上蓋子,焗200度40分鐘。
6, 打開蓋子,再焗200,度10分鐘便完成
