蕃茄香腸長通粉



材料:

2條 香腸,斜切成1/4“片

8盎司長通粉,煮熟,瀝乾

2杯鮮奶油

2茶匙印第安調味料

半杯磨碎的帕爾馬乾酪

少許 小蕃茄

1/2杯 配菜

做法:

1.根據包裝說明煮熟長通粉;瀝乾備用。

2.用大煎鍋,中火,煎5分鐘香腸

3.加入奶油和印第安調味料;煮滾。轉細火;文火燉3-4分鐘直到混合物開始變濃。拌入芝士,配菜和茄攪拌。

4.加入長通粉攪拌便完成
