泰式烤鱈魚



材料:

1湯匙泰式紅咖哩醬
3湯匙Flora Cuisine
1茶匙黑胡椒
4鱈魚片
洋蔥1個,切碎
2瓣大蒜,切碎
115克香菇,切碎
115克櫻桃番茄
2茶匙  橄欖油

做法:

1,烤箱預熱200度

2,把泰式紅咖哩醬,Flora Cuisine,橄欖油和黑胡椒混合在一起。

3,把鱈魚片放在爐盤中並把咖哩醬放在鱈魚的表面,再放入番茄。

4,用中火在煎鍋中,放入香菇。加入洋蔥,大蒜,蘑菇炒3-5分鐘,直到剛剛軟化。放在烤盤內。

5,放入焗爐烤25分鐘,完成。
