番茄洋蔥配芥末豬扒



材料:

豬扒 4塊
番茄 2個
洋蔥 半個

調味料:

迷迭香 1茶匙
芥末 1湯匙
白酒 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙

做法:

1,混合所有調味料
2,把調味料塗在豬扒上,按摩至吸收,等30分鐘
3,洋蔥和番茄切塊備用
4,開中火,用易潔鍋,加少許橄欖油
5,鍋熱後放入豬扒,把豬扒兩面煎至金黃色,八成熟
6,加入洋蔥和番茄,煮至豬扒全熟,完成
