西蘭花火腿芝士烤雞蛋




材料:

4-6杯非常小的西蘭花,煮熟,備用
1-2杯火腿切碎(1/2 - 1磅)
1杯低脂芝士碎
1/3杯切成薄片的蔥花
8-10雞蛋,攪拌勻

調味料:

新鮮黑胡椒,2茶匙
鹽 1茶匙

做法:

1,烤箱預熱至190℃。

3,把西蘭花,火腿,芝士碎和大蔥放入烤盤內。加入新鮮黑胡椒,鹽和蛋液。
