韓國牛排醬炒牛仔骨



材料:

牛仔骨 3條 (每條切開3塊)
洋蔥 1/3個 (切片狀)

調味:

韓國牛排醬 2湯匙
鹽 半茶匙

做法:

1, 把牛仔骨用以上調味料調味備用,等待30分鐘
2, 開中火, 放入少許橄欖油, 熱後放入牛仔骨, 每面煎1.5分鐘
3, 放入洋蔥, 炒至洋蔥半透明便完成
