紅辣椒 1條


白酒 1湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
迷迭香 1茶匙
黑胡椒 半茶匙
半溶牛油 25克


1, 蜆用鹽水浸3小時
2, 蒜頭及紅辣椒 切碎備用
3, 把蜆放在焗爐盤內
4, 把所有調味料, 蒜頭及紅辣椒加入, 略攪拌, 等待30分鐘
5, 預熱焗爐 10分鐘200度
6, 蜆在入焗爐焗 20分鐘200度便完成
