芒果芝士蛋糕



材料:

500克芒果切粒
500克 Cream Cheese
1/2杯
1/4杯 水
1湯匙 明膠粉
300毫升 Whipping Cream
1/2杯 甜餅乾
75克 牛油

做法:

1,先把甜餅乾碎, 再用半溶化牛油攪拌好
2,放在盤內平放好
3,Cream Cheese, 糖用電動打蛋器打至軟滑 
4,Whipping Cream用電動打蛋器打到能有個小勺站起便可, 備用
5,添加明膠的水攪拌, 放在微波放爐20秒。
6,炒出明膠直至完全溶解並冷卻。
7,先把Whipping Cream, Cream Cheese和芒果混合物中並混合約40秒。
8,放入冷卻的明膠和攪拌幾秒鐘。
9,將混合物倒入準備好的餅底。
10,冷藏至少6個小時,裝飾用芒果放在表面便完成
