奶油菠菜



材料:

3磅 菠菜切碎
4湯匙 無鹽黃油
1 個洋蔥切碎
1/4杯麵粉
1/4茶匙磨碎的肉荳蔻
1杯鮮奶油
2杯牛奶
1.5杯 碎芝士
1大匙粗鹽
1/2茶匙現磨黑胡椒

做法:

1,烤箱預熱200度。
2,融化黃油在厚底鍋裡炒香,中火加熱。
3,加入洋蔥,炒香,直到半透明,約5分鐘。
4,加入麵粉和肉荳蔻,攪拌2分鐘。
5,加入奶油和牛奶,煮至稠。
6,把菠菜添加到醬料。加入1/2杯的碎芝士拌勻。加入鹽和胡椒。
7,把菠菜倒入烤盤中,撒上剩餘的碎芝士在表面。烤20分鐘,完成
