Chicken Vegetable Casserole



12 ounces cooked chicken, diced
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons melted unsalted butter
10 ounces of skim milk
Little white pepper
1 teaspoon grated cheese
7 ounces macaroni
2 yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
12 ounces broccoli, chopped
1/3 tablespoon Monterey Jack cheese

practice:
