creme de espinafre



materiais:

3 lbs espinafre picado
4 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal
1 cebola picada
Farinha de 1/4 de copo
1/4 colher de chá de noz-moscada ralada
1 xícara de creme de leite
2 xícaras de leite
1,5 xícaras queijo ralado
Sal grosso 1 colher de sopa
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta moída na hora

prática:

1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 200 graus.
