Garlic butter mushrooms


1/4 cup butter, room temperature
3 garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 pound mushrooms, remove chamber
½ cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees 10 minutes
2, with a small bowl, mix butter and garlic; salt and pepper
3, mixture coated in butter mushrooms chamber; then sprinkle shredded cheese
4, into the oven 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes to complete
