Skillet pork chops


4 Grilled pork ribs,
50 ml beef or chicken broth
4 potatoes, diced
4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 medium onions, diced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley


1, pork fat removed. With non-stick cookware; medium-high heat. Pork pan for about 5 minutes, turning once, until brown.
2. Add broth, potatoes, carrots and onions, salt and pepper. Heated to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, sprinkle with parsley.
