Vegetable Lasagna



material:

3 cups chopped vegetables (any kind)
½ chopped onion
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups tomato sauce
12 uncooked whole wheat oven ready lasagna noodles
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1, open the fire, add oil, add onion and garlic, then add the vegetables and stir-fry until fully cooked, set aside.
2, open the eggs, stirring into the low-fat ricotta cheese and fresh spinach
