义燒醬烤豬肋骨



材料:

豬肋骨 1排

調味料:

粟粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
义燒醬

做法:

1, 把所有調味料混合
2, 塗在豬肋骨上,放入雪櫃5小時
3, 烤前一小時從雪櫃取出備用
4, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
5, 先把豬肋骨放入焗爐焗10分鐘,把豬肋骨反轉再焗10分鐘
6, 在豬肋骨表面塗上义燒醬,再焗5分鐘,完成。
