沙嗲金菇肥牛鍋




材料:

肥牛  半磅
金菇  1包
粉絲  1包
紅辣椒 2隻
蒜頭 3片

調味料:

沙嗲醬 1 1/2湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
水 1杯

做法:

1, 粉絲用清水浸20分鐘,備用
2, 蒜頭及辣椒切細塊
3, 開中火,放入橄欖油,油熱後,放入蒜頭及辣椒炒香
4, 把肥牛放入炒一會,加入金菇及所有調味料炒至肥牛全熟,放入粉絲便完成
