節瓜 1個
碎豬肉 500克
碎芝士 適量
蒜蓉 1湯匙


芥末醬 1湯匙
白酒 1湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙


1, 先把節瓜去皮,切片, 開一鍋水煮熟備用
2, 豬肉碎用以上調味料調味備用
3, 開中火,加入橄欖油,油熱後把豬肉放入,炒至全熟
4, 用焗爐碟,先放入豬肉,再放入部份碎芝士,放入節瓜及蒜蓉,再放上餘下的碎芝士
5, 預熱焗爐170度10分鐘
6, 放入焗爐焗15分鐘170度,完成
