芝士忌廉法蘭克福腸焗飯




材料:

意大利米 100 克
WHIPPING CREAM 50 ml
洋蔥 1/3個
蒜蓉 1湯匙
法蘭克福腸 1條
粟米 2湯匙
碎芝士 隨意

調味:

A, 鹽 1茶匙

B, 橄欖油 少許
     鹽 1茶匙

1, 用一個鍋, 開中火, 加入500 ml 水及調味B, 沸水後把米放入, 煮10分鐘, 煮好後取出加少許橄欖油攪拌備用
2, 把洋蔥及蒜頭切碎。法蘭克腸切片,備用
3, 開中火, 放少許橄欖油, 把洋蔥, 蒜頭,粟米放入炒香, 轉細火, 加入WHIPPING CREAM及調味A, 慢慢拌勻
4, 把煮好的忌廉倒入意大利米, 拌勻
5, 在米的表面放上腸, 再放上碎芝士
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘150度
7, 放入焗爐焗10分鐘150度便完成
