蘋果批




材料:

6吋甜批皮:

低筋麵粉 140克
無鹽牛油 80克
糖 10克
蛋 15克

蘋果餡料:

水 50克
低筋麵粉 10克
蘋果 (切粒) 200克
檸檬片 2片
肉桂粉 4克
黃糖 20克

批表面:

低筋麵粉 100克
無鹽牛油 70克
黃糖 30克
糖 40克

做法:

蘋果批皮:

1, 半溶化牛油, 放入糖及雲呢拿油, 用攪拌機把牛油攪拌至奶白色

2, 把麵粉及過篩

3, 把麵粉及糖放入攪拌好的牛油內慢慢攪拌

4, 最後加入蛋液,攪拌好,放入雪櫃1小時

5, 取出平放在6吋模具中, 再用义在在表面刺孔

蘋果餡料:

1, 開中火,把所有材料放入,炒至糊狀,放在批底上

批表面:

1, 半溶化牛油, 放入糖及雲呢拿油, 用攪拌機把牛油攪拌至奶白色

2, 把麵粉及過篩

3, 把麵粉及糖放入攪拌好的牛油內慢慢攪拌

4, 放入雪櫃一小時

5, 取出後切碎灑在表面


最後:

預熱焗爐10分鐘180度
把蘋果批放入焗30-35分鐘,完成
