蒜香意粉



材料:

1磅意粉
1茶匙鹽
6湯匙初榨橄欖油
12蒜瓣,切碎
3/4茶匙紅辣椒片
3湯匙切好的新鮮歐芹
2茶匙檸檬汁
1盎司巴馬乾酪,磨碎

做法:

1.煮一鍋水, 水沸後加入半茶匙鹽和少許橄欖油,再放入意粉煮8分鐘備用
2.用一個煎鍋,中火,放入3湯匙油,2/3大蒜和1/2茶匙鹽。不斷攪拌,直到大蒜炒香。關火,加入剩下的大蒜,辣椒片,香菜,檸檬汁,攪拌。
3.加入意粉,其餘3湯匙油,攪拌。以鹽調味,再加上乾酪,完成
