1, 先把餅壓碎, 再用半溶化牛油攪拌好

2, 放在盤內平放好

3, whipping cream 用打蛋器打發至軟身備用
4, 把 cream cheese 加糖, 雲呢拿油, 檸檬汁,藍莓及綠茶粉 打發至軟身
5, 再把 whipping cream 倒入 cream cheese 盤內慢慢攪拌
6, 攪拌好便可放在餅的表面
7, 整盤放入雪櫃雪3小時便完成
