胡椒牛排



材料:

1½英寸厚的牛排
2 - 3柿子椒
2個大洋蔥,切成薄片
½辣椒
2-3湯匙特級初榨橄欖油
1湯匙黃油
4 - 5瓣大蒜
½磅蘑菇,切成薄片
1湯匙麵粉
3湯匙紅酒
1茶匙 鹽
紅辣椒片
牛肉湯 1/2杯

做法:

1, 開中火,加入牛油再加入洋蔥,炒香
2, 添加整個蒜片,辣椒,然後加入油。
3, 把牛排放入,香菇再加入炒拌,麵粉和牛肉湯攪拌加入。
4, 放入鹽,胡椒粉和辣椒,炒一會,完成
