蜂蜜烤雞脾



材料:

雞脾 3隻

調味:

鹽 1茶匙
糖 1湯匙
蜂蜜 3湯匙
白酒 1茶匙
番茄醬 2湯匙

做法:

1, 先把所有調味料攪拌勻
2, 塗在雞脾和按摩至吸收
3, 放入雪櫃3小時
4, 烤前一小時從雪櫃取出備用
5, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
6, 放入焗爐烤25分鐘,完成
