Grilled eggplant



material:

1 eggplant, (16-1 / 2 inches sliced)
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 cup Italian tomato garlic sauce
8 oz part-skim cheese, cut into pieces 1 ounce

practice:

1 eggplant slices
2, each two eggplant set in the middle put a skim cheese
