Spaghetti with garlic



material:

1 lbs Spaghetti
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
12 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated

practice:

1. Add a pot of boiling water, boil half teaspoon of salt and a little olive oil, then add the pasta and cook 8 minutes spare
2. Use a skillet over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons oil, 2/3 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Stirring constantly, until the garlic and saute. Turn off the heat, add the remaining garlic, pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice and stir.
3. Add the pasta, the remaining 3 tablespoons oil and stir. Season with salt, plus cheese, complete
