梅頭豬肉 約700克


砂糖  70 g     
鹽  15 g     
生 抽  30 ml 
玫瑰露酒   5ml  
南乳  1/2 湯匙
麻醬  1/2 湯匙
蒜茸   1 粒 (切碎) 


1, 把梅頭豬肉用以上調味料調味, 放入雪櫃5小時
2, 烤前一小時從雪櫃取出備用
3, 焗爐用200度預熱10分鐘
4, 先焗 200度焗 15分鐘, 之後將叉燒反轉, 再焗200度再焗15分鐘,完成
