紫薯饅頭"麵包"




材料:

白麵糰:

中筋麵粉 200 克
牛奶 110 克
酵母 2 克
糖 10 克

紫麵糰:

中筋麵粉 125 克
牛奶 40 克
酵母 2克
糖 10 克
蒸熟紫薯 75 克
我是用麵包機制作麵糰的, 所以制作麵團好簡單, 只要把白色和紫色麵糰分開制作,

制作好麵糰後用保鮮紙包好, 放在温暖的地方發酵1小時


取出後把白麵糰(20 克)包在紫麵糰 (15 克) 外面


在表面輕輕切一個"十字型"

鍋熱後,把麵糰放入蒸 20 分鐘, 關火後等三分鐘便可開蓋, 完成
