咖哩粉 1包
冰糖 15克
鹽 1.5茶匙
薑 適量


1, 薯仔去皮切塊,洋蔥切小塊,備用
2, 開一鍋水,水滾後,加入薑,放入牛腩,煮5分鐘,取出備用
3, 開中火,放入橄欖油,油熱後放入薑和咖哩粉炒香
4, 再放入牛腩炒一會,加水
5, 再放入薯仔,冰糖和鹽,上蓋
6, 水滾後轉細火,炆1小時便完成
