雞 1隻


鹽 2茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
沙薑粉 1茶匙
燒酒 1湯匙
豉油 1湯匙


1, 雞洗乾淨, 印乾, 備用
2, 所有調味料放入碗內攪拌勻,
3, 把攪勻的調味料塗在雞的外面和裡面, 以及按摩至吸收
4, 利用牛油紙包裹全雞, 放入雪櫃5小時
5, 烤前小時把雞從雪櫃取出,備用
6, 取出焗爐盤, 放上鍚紙, 在鍚紙上放湯匙鹽, 把雞放在上面(牛油紙不用拆除)
7, 再在雞上灑上3湯匙鹽
8, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
9, 雞放入焗爐焗35分鐘200度便完成
