鹽焗雞




材料:

雞 1隻

調味料:

鹽 2茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
沙薑粉 1茶匙
燒酒 1湯匙
豉油 1湯匙

做法:

1, 雞洗乾淨, 印乾, 備用
2, 所有調味料放入碗內攪拌勻,
3, 把攪勻的調味料塗在雞的外面和裡面, 以及按摩至吸收
4, 利用牛油紙包裹全雞, 放入雪櫃5小時
5, 烤前小時把雞從雪櫃取出,備用
6, 取出焗爐盤, 放上鍚紙, 在鍚紙上放湯匙鹽, 把雞放在上面(牛油紙不用拆除)
7, 再在雞上灑上3湯匙鹽
8, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
9, 雞放入焗爐焗35分鐘200度便完成
