麥提莎糯米糍




材料:

牛奶 180 ml
椰奶 50 ml
糖 55 ml
糯米粉 140 克

麥提莎 20粒
無糖可可粉 180 克

做法:

1, 把糯米粉和糖混合,慢慢加入牛釢和椰奶, 一直攪拌至没有粉粒為止
2, 倒入碟內, 用火蒸約15分鐘,用牙籤插入取出没有粉火木卜廿土黏住為完成
3, 放涼20分鐘, 把麵糰放入保鮮袋, 搓成一團
4, 把麵糰分成20份, 把麥提莎包在每個麵糰內, 再灑上可可粉便完成
