排骨 500 克
薯仔 2個
洋蔥 半個
麵豉 1包(2湯匙)


豉油 1湯匙
粟粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1 茶匙
燒酒 1 湯匙


1, 把薯仔和洋蔥切細塊, 備用
2, 排骨用以上調味料調味, 備用
3, 用一個鍋, 開中火, 加入適量橄欖油, 待油熱後放入排骨, 煎至表面金黃色
4, 加入1杯水, 放入洋蔥和薯仔(水剛剛蓋過食材)
5, 等水沸後轉細火上蓋等炆半小時
6, 放入麵豉,攪拌勻, 再上蓋炆半小時便完成.
