材料:

麵粉 170克
泡打粉 1 1/2 茶匙
蛋 5個
糖 150克

做法:

1, 把雞蛋和砂糖拌勻,隔溫水,打至白和濃稠狀。
2, 慢慢放入麵粉料和泡打粉。
3, 預熱烤箱200度,10分鐘
4, 取出蛋糕模,抹上少許油,把蛋白糕糊放入蛋糕模內
5, 放入烤箱烤10分鐘至金黃色,完成
