玫瑰花餅乾

你可以為母親節造出一點心意



材料:

低筋麵粉 150g
黃油 60g
蛋液 32g
幼砂糖 30g
紅草莓色粉 10g
(約20朵玫瑰花)

烤箱:180度中層15-18分鐘

做法:

1、黃油放室溫軟化後,加入幼砂糖,用打蛋器打發至奶白色和軟身
2、分次加入蛋液,用打蛋器打發至完全融合
3、篩入低筋麵粉
4、加入紅草莓色粉
5、用橡皮刮刀攪拌至無粉狀,成團即可
6、把麵團按壓至3 mm厚
7、麵團用圓形模具印出圓型
8、取四圓型如圖依次重疊起來
9、將圓型輕輕由下往上捲起
10、用小刀在中間處切上一刀
11、收口朝下放上,用手指將每片花瓣輕輕整理一下
12、依次做好其餘花朵,送入烤箱,180度,15-18分鐘便完成
