昨天有朋友問教程,來囉:梅頭肉剁碎加入料酒、蔥姜末、油鹽醬糖等你喜歡的調料拌匀,再慢慢調入高湯(我用豬骨加姜熬的)順一個方向攪拌起勁,肉餡變得松軟,高筋麵粉加溫水揉好,我家小暖男在我的影響下已會擀皮,面皮包上餡摺起來就包好啦(包了兩格),水開後上籠蒸18分鐘就出鍋享用
