虎乳靈芝雪耳百合湯




依排啲天氣真係令人周身唔舒服,加上我自己又有啲氣管敏感發作,所以就煲左個虎乳靈芝雪耳百合湯,等三口子齊齊增強抵抗力啦~

其實我之前都煲過幾次虎乳靈芝,我地三口子都覺得味道都唔錯呀!
虎乳靈芝係唔屬於靈芝科,其實係真菌科嚟,對補益肺氣,增强肺都有一定療效。平日小朋友係學校很容易感染傷風感冒,平時飲可以預防傷風感冒、强壯體質同埋增強抵抗力。

虎乳靈芝都唔係好貴,我係藥材店買1舊太約係1両,都係$40,我三個人飲用就可以分三次煲啦。買嘅時候就係一舊舊,一般店員都會係我地買左之皈幫我地切片呀~


小朋友容易感染傷風咳嗽,所以用虎乳靈芝加埋雪耳、南北杏同埋百合一齊煲,有補肺益氣及潤肺止咳嘅功效呀!
材料有虎乳靈芝(我買左一両,今次落左三分一份量)、雪耳一朵、南北杏一湯匙、百合1兩及瘦肉$40~

雪耳浸洗去蒂切細舊、其他藥材浸10分鐘沖淨、瘦肉洗淨汆水備用~

煲內放約3L水,待水滾後將所有材料放入煲內,改用中火煲半小時~

之後轉用慢火煲約一個半小時~

最後加鹽調味就飲得~


之前小小豬都好鐘意飲虎乳靈芝湯,今次加埋雪耳一齊,佢就仲更加鐘意,就連煲內嘅雪耳都差唔多俾佢食晒呀!(見佢飲得咁開心,依啲咪就係我嘅動力嚟啦...哈哈哈) 

雖然係好飲又有益,依個湯仲非常啱小朋友添。不過....如果各位大小朋友病緊嘅時候,就唔好飲住,要等好番先可以飲啦

另外再提一提大家煲過嘅雪耳一定要即日食/飲晒,如果隔夜,經過一夜嘅浸透,佢就會放出一啲有害物,到時就有益變有害啦!

Chicken breast 1/2 block
2 onions
