洋蔥茄子炒肉碎




材料:

洋蔥 半個
茄子 1個
碎豬肉 500克
紅辣椒 2條

調味:

A, 鼓油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙

B,蠔油 1湯匙
糖 2茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
水 半杯

做法:

1, 把茄子, 洋蔥和紅辣椒切細塊
2, 豬肉用調味A調味備用
3, 開中火, 加入橄欖油, 鍋熱後放入辣椒炒香, 再放入豬肉炒至半成熟
4, 放入茄子及洋蔥炒至半熟, 放入調味B, 炒至豬肉及茄子全熟便完成
