Yoghurt body chiffon cake




8 "square mode

A) Egg yolk 8,
yoghurt 120g,
Cake flour
180g,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
Corn oil 90g,
Shatang 30g.
(To sift the flour) ~
(All by hand with a uniform)

B) Western 8,
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar,
50g sugar sand

1) to (A) are accompanied by an alternate.
