Yoghurt戚風蛋糕體




8" 方模

A)蛋黃8個,
yoghurt 120g,
蛋糕粉
180g,
發粉1/2茶匙,
鹽1/2茶匙,
粟米油90g,
沙糖30g.
(粉類要過篩)~
(全部用手伴均勻)

B)蛋白8個,
塔塔粉1/2茶匙,
細沙糖50g

1)把(A)伴均備用。
2)把(B)蛋白打至粗泡泡後加入塔塔粉打起,慢慢加人糖,糖分3次加入,打至硬性發泡。
3)把蛋白三分之一蛋白加入蛋黃糊拌勻,再把蛋黃糊加回去蛋白糊輕輕拌勻。
4)倒入8"寸方摸裡就可以了。倒完了拿起摸敲敲幾下把裡面的空氣排出。
5)預熱烤箱15分鐘。放入焗爐焗140度25分鐘。 (溫度只供參考)
