番茄洋蔥烤金沙骨





材料:

金沙骨 9條
洋蔥 半個
番茄 2個

調味:

茄汁 1湯匙
白酒 1湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙

做法:

1, 洋蔥及番茄切細塊, 備用
2, 金沙骨用以上調味料調味備用
3, 用一個焗爐碟, 先把洋蔥及番茄放入碟內

4, 再放入己調味的金沙骨
5, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
6, 放入焗爐焗35分鐘200度便完成
