麵包蛋撻


材料:
麵團:
高筋麵粉 250 克
糖 10克
鹽 5克
水 130 ml
蛋漿:
奶 100 ml
蛋 1隻
糖 25 克
做法:
1, 我先把麵團材料放入麵包機制作麵團
2, 蛋漿材料混合攪拌勻
3, 把麵團取出,分6份,搓成圓形
4, 把麵團放在模具中
5, 再把蛋液倒至8成滿
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
7, 放入焗爐焗15分鐘200度
由於不用酵母,所以麵團烤完後應是脆的
