材料:

雞 半隻
蒜頭 10 克
九層塔 5 克

調味:

蒜鹽 1茶匙

做法:

1, 雞洗淨,弄乾,備用
2, 蒜頭切碎,備用
3, 在雞的表面及底部散上,九層塔,蒜頭和蒜鹽,等半小時備用。

4, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
5, 放入焗爐烤25至30分鐘,200度,完成
