沙爹烤豬肋骨



材料:

豬肋骨 1條

調味料:

豉油 1湯匙
沙爹醬 1湯匙
糖 2茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
水 1湯匙

做法:

1,豬肋骨清洗乾淨,備用。
2,把所有調味料攪拌勻,備用。
3,豬肋骨放在烤盤上,把一半份量的調味料塗在豬肋骨的表面和底部。
4,預熱焗爐10分鐘,200度。
5,豬肋骨放入焗爐,焗20分鐘200度。
6,從焗爐取出豬肋骨,把餘下的調味料塗在豬肋骨表面。
7,放入焗爐焗10分鐘200度,完成。
