香草烤羊架




材料:

羊架 6件
番茄 6個
紫薯 2個
蘑菇 20克

調味料:

鹽 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
香草 1茶匙

做法:

1, 羊架洗乾淨, 用以上調味料把羊架調味備用
2, 番茄和紫薯切開(形狀隨意)
3, 把番茄, 紫薯和蘑菇先放入烤盤內, 再把羊架放在烤盤
4, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
5, 把羊架放入焗爐焗200度20分鐘, 完成
