懶人必食- 番茄粟米雞翼焗飯


雞翼 9隻
米 2杯
粟米 半杯
番茄 1個
洋蔥 1/4個


生抽 1湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
蒜鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
粟粉 1 茶匙


1, 雞翼用以上調味料調味, 等半小時, 備用
2, 蕃茄及洋蔥切碎備用
3, 米洗乾淨, 備用
4, 用電飯鍋, 放入米, 加入適量的水
5, 把粟米, 番茄及洋蔥放入
6, 最後把雞翼放在表面, 上蓋, 按"開始"便可
