檸檬雞



材料:

雞排 2塊
紅椒 半個
黃椒 半個

調味料:

醃料1:

胡椒粉 1小匙
麻油 1小匙
鹽 少許


調味2:

檸檬汁 2匙
糖 3匙
食水 100ml
檸檬皮屑 少許

芡粉3:

粟粉 1匙
食水 1匙
(要預先混合)

炸粉4:

天婦羅鬆脆炸粉 適量
蛋 1隻
蒜蓉 1匙

1, 雞排用胡椒粉 1小匙, 麻油 1小匙, 鹽 少許調味備用
2, 雞排沾上液, 再沾上天婦羅鬆脆炸粉, 備用
3, 用一個鍋, 加入約兩杯油, 等油熱後, 放入雞排炸至金黃色, 取出吸乾油份, 備用
4, 開一個新鍋, 加入少許油, 把紅椒, 黃椒, 檸檬汁 2匙, 糖 3匙, 食水 100ml, 及檸檬皮屑放入炒香
5, 再把混合好的粟粉和水加入, 炒至糊狀, 取出
6, 淋在雞排上便完成
