草莓藍莓蛋糕






以前都做過了很多糕的做法便不多說了, 可以按 蛋糕體做法 查看

奶油做法:

材料:

WHIPPING CREAM 200 ML
砂糖 30 G

做法:

1, 先把WHIPPING CREAM 放入盤內, 打發至起泡
2, 便加第一次砂糖(砂糖分4次加入), 便開始繼續打泡,
3, 重覆以上動作,直至砂糖全放入, 完成後應好像下圖, 能有個小勺站起便可
4, 把部份奶油平鋪在糕體上, 再把再剩下的奶油放入唧袋內

5, 在蛋糕旁邊唧出十字型圖案的形狀
6, 可隨意在表面放上草莓及藍莓裝飾
