雙色餃子



材料:

白麵團:

水 150 ml
中筋麵粉 250 克

綠麵團:

菜汁 150 ml (任何菜制成的菜汁都可以)

中筋麵粉 250 克

餡料:

白菜 1 磅
豬肉碎 約500 克

調味料:

鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
粟粉 2茶匙

做法:

1, 豬肉碎先用以上調味料調味備用
2, 綠麵團: 把菜汁及麵粉攪拌勻,搓成球狀,搓至不沾手為完成。
3, 白麵團: 把水及麵粉攪拌勻,搓成球狀,搓至不沾手為完成。

4, 放入雪櫃1小時,讓麵團結實。
5, 取出麵團,把白麵團搓成長條狀,再把綠色麵團包裹好。

6, 按下圖切開包裹好的麵團


7, 這時可用制作好的麵團把餡料包好,制作餃子形狀。

8, 用一個蒸鍋,水滾後放入,隔水蒸15分鐘便完成。
