中式叉燒包



材料:

麵團:

乾酵母 8 g
水 160 g
低筋麵粉 280 g
無筋麵粉 120 g
細砂糖 120 g
橄欖油 40 g
泡打粉 15 g

叉燒餡料做法



做法:

先把麵團材料放入麵包機制作麵團

制作好麵糰後用保鮮紙包好, 放在温暖的地方發酵1小時


把麵團取出,分12份

取出一份麵團, 按壓成圓形片狀, 在中央放上適量叉燒餡料


制造出叉燒包的形狀

鍋熱後,把麵糰放入蒸 20 分鐘, 關火後等三分鐘便可開蓋, 完成
