波羅 半個個 切小塊
飯 約兩碗
紅蘿蔔 25 克 切小塊
西芹 25 克 切小塊
雞蛋 1隻
午餐肉 25克 切小塊

1, 雞蛋拌勻備用 ; 紅蘿蔔及西芹預先用水煮熟
2, 用一個煎鍋, 開中火, 加少許橄欖油, 油熱後加入飯炒
3, 等飯炒至散開, 便把雞蛋慢慢倒在飯的表面, 但加入時要不停快炒
4, 把午餐肉, 紅蘿蔔及西芹加入拌勻,再放入波羅拌勻便完成
