牛排 2塊
薑 少許
蔥 少許


A,紅酒 1湯匙
鹽 半茶匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙

B, 黑椒汁 1湯匙
水 1湯匙


1, 牛排用調味料A調味, 放上薑和蔥, 等20分鐘, 備用
2, 調味料 B拌勻備用

3, 牛排調味完成, 把薑和蔥取走

4, 用一個煎鍋, 開中火, 加入少許橄欖油, 油熱後放入牛排

5, 把牛排煎至兩面金黃色,  放入拌勻的黑椒汁, 等待牛排吸收便完成

6, 可按個人喜好, 放上喜歡的菜類
